David J.K. Carr

I was born in London in 1961 and educated in Nottingham and Chester.

I qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and practised as a commercial lawyer in London for just over 30 years. In that time and in that capacity, I acquired a great deal of experience and knowledge; knowledge that I want to pass on to others.

Seeking a new challenge, I retired from full-time law practice in 2017 to embark upon a teaching and coaching career. I retired from law practice altogether in 2020 so that I could focus upon my new career.

I have taught thousands of students from all over the world over the last 5 years and I can honestly say that this is something that gives me a great deal of satisfaction.

As well as being a former solicitor, I am also TEFL-certified at Advanced level.
